Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What You'll Do:

Design and execute HR strategies, programs, and engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates, to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Lead performance review cycles, including KPI setting, performance analysis, and feedback delivery.
Administer employee benefits programs, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and other company benefits.
Supervise office facilities and general affairs, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and procurement of office needs.

Kualifikasi

Who We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR functions, labor regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
Familiarity with HR tools, systems, and recruitment platforms.
