What you'll do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and oversee the onboarding process.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Identify employee training needs and organize development programs.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Benchmark and recommend competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
Kualifikasi
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in managing teams and HR projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
- Leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
