Strong Legal & Permit Experiences in Corporate Law and tire industry.
Good Knowledge for OSS System
In-depth understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to the tire industry, including environmental regulations, import/export laws, and business licensing requirements
Strong relationships with government agencies and local authorities involved in permit issuance processes. Experience in navigating bureaucratic procedures and building effective partnerships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Responsible for legal Documents such as Shareholders resolutions, BoC Approvals, PoA, legal letters, including Proficiency in negotiating and drafting various legal agreements relevant to the tire industry, such as supplier contracts, distribution agreements, sales and purchase agreements etc.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor Degree majoring Law with minimum GPA 3.00, or Master Degree would be an advantage
Minimum 2-3 years experience as Legal & Permit in Supervisory level on Manufacture / Construction company
Fluency in both English and Bahasa is essential for effective communication with internal stakeholders, government authorities, legal counsel, and other external parties.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address legal and regulatory issues, achieve business objectives, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Having experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations are preferable.
