Responsibilities:
- Assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Prior internship experience in HR or related field is preferred but not required.
- Active hokkien point plus
