Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist in HR operational tasks, including Recruitment and HR Operations
Support hiring process based on company needs
Support coordination of partnerships and collaborations with universities
Send welcoming emails to new joiners
Assist in organizing and supporting internal events
Manage employee engagement activities, such as birthday greetings via WhatsApp groups
Prepare and distribute public holiday announcements in WhatsApp groups
Assist in administrative tasks, including document preparation (contracts, certificates, and other official letters), BPJS administration, and document filing

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and administrative skills, with good analytical thinking, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
Familiar with creative design tools, especially Canva
Available to join as soon as possible
