Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Responsible to handle whole Recruitment cycle end-to-end process from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Manage new employee’s personal data and new employee’s packages.
  3. Responsible to produce Recruitment report in timely manner.
  4. Maintain and develop positive employer/employee brand through all current online/ offline channels.
  5. Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as company visits, career fairs, company’s internal event, etc.
  6. Assist in development and implementation of human resources project and policies.
  7. Provide support to employees in various HR topics and Issue

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, psychology or management are preferred.
  2. Having at least 2 Years of working experience handling recruitment for all level, preferably from recruitment consultant or agency.
  3. Good written and verbal communication in English.
  4. Ability to adapt with fast paced environment.
  5. Adaptive in HRIS.
  6. Excelled in using Microsoft office (words, excel, power point)
  7. Good analytical thinking, dynamic & creative learner
