Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead Organization Development (OD) projects and manage HR compliance and industrial relations as your primary focus. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the HR team in driving performance management and end-to-end recruitment initiatives to support overall organizational growth and stability.
- Lead OD projects alongside the HR team, including evaluating organizational structures, job descriptions, workload analysis, manpower planning, and competency development to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Review and update employment policies and legal documentation.
- Provide advisory to management on employment regulations and communicate policy implementations assertively and constructively.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes in compliance with labor laws.
- Partner with HR team members to execute and continuously refine goal setting, performance evaluations, and post-evaluation action plans, stepping in as a project lead on a rotational basis as needed.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes in accordance with team responsibilities and hiring demands.
Kualifikasi
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Technical Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of OD concepts with hands-on experience in initiatives such as manpower planning, competency development, or organizational improvement (with a clear understanding of their impact).
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations, with proven experience reviewing policies and handling industrial relations cases, including termination processes.
- Strong understanding of performance management concepts and direct experience as an active team member in its execution.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance HR productivity and efficiency.
