JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation (employee attendance, leave), employee benefit.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics and employee data.
  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to analyze employee data, such as attendance, performance, and payroll, to generate useful reports.
  • Willing to be places in our sister company (Jakarta, Mega Kuningan or Cikarang)
