Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement corporate function strategies (manpower, GA, and legal) and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Responsible for the periodic HR planning and budgeting
Prepare procedures and documentations for performance management system.
Set standards, procedures and work instruction for recruitment and placement.
Identifies competence standard for all employees and prepare evaluation and training system to develop employees skills.
Prepare and monitoring company's legal documents according to government's rules and regulations.
Maintain employee relations, ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported and resolved
Supervise and take care disputes and work accidents.

Kualifikasi

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management.
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in as HRGA Manager.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR, GA , IR, payroll, training development, legal practices and HR strategy.
Good negotiation, interpersonnal and personnal approaching skill.
Good leadership, honest, trustworthy, detail and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Placement : Bekasi, West Java and preferred domicile in Bekasi, Cikarang, or Cibitung
