Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Deliver HR operational support to employees while working with the HR Manager to provide strategic direction
- Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Assesses employee development needs for training course plans & implements training program
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Responsible to maintain company regulation
- Adjust and implement HR strategy including HR automation and digitalization
- Coordinate site office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure site office is well maintained
- Conduct administrative HR & GA duties
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned
Kualifikasi
- At least bachelor degree of Law, Psychology, Human Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years experience as HR generalist/specialist
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent skill at Ms. Office, Drive, Gdocs, Gsheet, Gslide, etc.
- Excellent critical thinking & Analysis skill
- Knowledge of training & development practices, methods, and procedure
- Experienced handling training program or have been a trainer is preferred
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written (good formal-written communication skill), with the ability to influence others
- Confidence, active, creative, experience in handling events and able to work independently with minimum guidance
- Passionate about technology, strong presentation and documentation ability
- Flexible, fast learner, curious and down to earth personality with a true passion for HR
- High motivation, honest, disciplined, dynamic and highly driven person
- Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
