Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support, design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources.
- Assist the HR Lead in creating metrics and a scoring format for L&D programs, and synchronize with other HR globally.
- Implement review systems (e.g., annual, 360°) and learning & development plans.
- Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Assist employees and managers with L&D-related processes and inquiries.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HRIS and all HR systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and avoid employee data breaches by establishing a secure data policy.
- Maintain positive and professional relations with employees, third parties, and the government related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee data accurately, together with HR operations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze complex HR data (performance, retention, engagement, satisfaction) to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of employment issues impacting the business.
- Develop predictive models (e.g., for turnover risk) and provide evidence-based recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives and dashboards for non-technical executives.
Kualifikasi
- Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, with a strong track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Solid understanding of organization learning principles, organizational development, and learning technologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement diverse learning approaches, including classroom, e-learning, virtual, and blended formats.
- Strong communication skills and a high passion for people engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Agile and growth-oriented professional with a strong commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
