Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Main responsibilities will include handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training —especially for outlet and key operational staff. You will also help ensure HR administrative data is accurate, monitor Outlet Leaders’ KPIs, review staff KPI submissions, and check or approve weekly outlet shifts and scheduling. This role works closely with the operations team to support performance reviews, reporting, and overall people processes.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A people-person who enjoys connecting with employees and management
• Independent, yet a great team player
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Familiar with HRIS or other HR tools is a big plus
• Able to work hybrid: WFO 3 days in Bintaro area + WFH 2 days/week
• Must be available to visit and work from PBTP outlets in Bintaro and Blok M when needed, especially for face-to-face interviews, onboarding, and operational coordination
