Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contact person for country implementation team.
- Scheduling - timekeeper on project plan to ensure timely execution/submission, set up meeting.
- Task management - checklist person on requirement during implementation to ensure completeness as per required.
- Data management - including data gathering, cleansing data, ensure accuracy and data update.
- Documentation - maintain minutes of meeting, prepare deck update, etc.
- Other admin support where required.
Kualifikasi
- Experience in system implementation process, moreover project management
- Experience within HR for 3 years, preferably HRIS and data management
- Good communication in English
- Good analytical thinking
- Having SOP experience will be additional point
