Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creates learning and development programs in accordance with the competency model
- Responsible for preparing employee profiling through performance factors, competencies, and potential
- Responsible for preparing performance management
- Handling and manage employees’ place and training costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is required
- Min. 2 years’ experience as HR Development Staff is preferred
- Experience working in ICT company is preferred
- Great understanding of L&D, 70:20:10, HAV and TNA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
