Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Create and develop systems related to management and organizational development include: organizational design, organization structure, job analysis, job evaluation, performance appraisal, competency mapping, competency dictionary, people development
  • Responsible Performance Management, KPI & Action Plan Monitoring
  • Maintaining MPP of all division and Fully responsible for the employee recruitment process
  • Recommend candidates based on the results of psychological tests and preliminary interviews early, for then set schedules for further interviews

Kualifikasi

  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Master Degree in Psychology (GPA: Minimum 3.00)
  • Having minimum 3 years related experience as POD Specialist
  • Able to perform administrative psychology and interpretation
  • Mastering interview skill & psychotest
  • Competence in the field of Recruitment system, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organization Structure & Performance Management
  • Experience in Ms. Office especially Ms. Visio & Ms. Excel
  • Have the ability to write and communicate well in english
  • Communicative, honest, disciplined, thorough and able to work as a team
  • Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta
