Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities

Ensuring the whole recruitment process cycle runs smoothly.
Coordinating with managers regarding the selection process schedule and comparison of candidate results
Responsible for creating and updating weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment reports.
Maintaining employee reports and data for Talent Management.
Analyzing training needs for employee development.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain employee development records.
Support job analysis, job description development, and competency mapping.
Analyzing and updating Organization Structure.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, learning & development, or OD.
Solid understanding of Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Fluent in English is an advantage.
Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
