Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Manage and analyze HR data (headcount, attrition, productivity) to support decision-making
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards with clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to address workforce and performance needs
- Drive workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Support performance management and organizational development initiatives
- Identify gaps and recommend data-driven HR solutions to improve business outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with exposure as an HR Business Partner
- Strong experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding
- Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high adaptability
