Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Developing, implementing and maintaining HR systems
  2. Configuring functions and workflow to facilitate HR integration with other applications
  3. Defining requirements, scope and objectives related to overall business strategies
  4. Translating business requirements into HR solutions
  5. Collaborating with the IT team, business management, end users and other stakeholders
  6. Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
  7. Researching, troubleshooting and mitigating transactional and other HR issues
  8. Performing business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminating technical communications

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  2. Understanding of human capital management processes and report from hiring to retirement
  3. Advanced knowledge and experience with Indonesian taxes & payroll
  4. Have experience more than 6 years in human capital project
  5. Have human resource certification
  6. Ability to work in team
  7. Hands-on experience with human resources software
  8. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
  9. Attention to detail
