Developing, implementing and maintaining HR systems
Configuring functions and workflow to facilitate HR integration with other applications
Defining requirements, scope and objectives related to overall business strategies
Translating business requirements into HR solutions
Collaborating with the IT team, business management, end users and other stakeholders
Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
Researching, troubleshooting and mitigating transactional and other HR issues
Performing business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminating technical communications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Understanding of human capital management processes and report from hiring to retirement
Advanced knowledge and experience with Indonesian taxes & payroll
Have experience more than 6 years in human capital project
Have human resource certification
Ability to work in team
Hands-on experience with human resources software
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
Attention to detail
