Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and monitor employee attendance systems.
- Validate and recap attendance data for payroll purposes.
- Handle attendance corrections in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration (registration, data updates, activation/deactivation).
- Coordinate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Experience in HR Attendance or BPJS administration is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with data accurately.
