Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist recruitment team in screening resumes and sourcing candidates
- Perform pre-screening calls and interview to analyze applicants abilities
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Assist other HR & Recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh Graduate/Last Year Student, in any major (preferably has deep interest in HR & Recruitment)
- Committed to join for 3 months internship
- Willing to follow work from office in Yogyakarta, Indonesia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
