Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling all HR Administrative (Recruitment & Selection, employee administrative, payroll, BPJS, training & development, performance appraisal, industrial relation, etc)
- Handling all GA tasks (permit document handling, maintenance building, office equipment supply, handling outsourcing, etc)
- Government reporting
- Other necessary task
Kualifikasi
- Have experience as HR Generalist for more than 3 years
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law Major, Psychology, or Management
- Good Administrative and understand Labor Law
- Good leadership, communication, analytical thinking, team work
- Preferred having experience in handling all permit documents and understand for certifications in manufacturing (FSSC 22000, OHSAS, etc)
- Willing to Travel
