Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist in maintaining employee databases and HR records
  • Support employee administration processes, including attendance, leave, and employee documentation
  • Help organize and archive HR-related documents
  • Assist in recruitment processes such as screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
  • Support onboarding and employee orientation activities
  • Prepare HR letters and administrative documents as needed
  • Assist in creating and updating HR reports and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding administrative and operational needs
  • Support daily HR operational activities and ad-hoc tasks
  • Help ensure employee data confidentiality and proper documentation management

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduate from any major (Psychology, Management, Administration, or related fields are preferred)
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and administrative work
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Previous organizational or internship experience is a plus
