Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, data entry, document management, and reporting
- Review and screen CVs, then reach out to candidates for interview and assessment scheduling
- Prepare interview invitations, psychological tests, and other recruitment-related materials
- Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment progress
- Assist in recruitment activities such as walk-in interviews, job fairs, and other hiring events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in recruitment will be a plus point
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Each year PT Ultra Sakti launches new innovative product. As sales grow up, PT Ultra Sakti now has 3 plant site (Pulo Gadung, Cikiwul, Cipendawa), and 2 dedicated warehouses (Pulo Gadung). PT Ultra Sakti plant site certified for Good Manufacturing Practice: CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat Yang Baik) , CPOTB (Cara Pembuatan Traditional Obat Yang Baik) from BPOM (Badan Pengawasasan Obat Dan Makanan/Indonesia National Agency Drug and Food Control).
