Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Recruitment:
- Assist to conduct scheduling interview candidate, inputting employee data into databases and ensure completeness of administrative requirements for new employees joining.
- Prepare payment confirmation documents for medical check-up services.
- In charge of ID Card stock, distribution, activation and deactivation.
- Guide the administration and scoring of psychological tests for internship candidates.
Training:
- Assist in the Employee of the Month process by compiling nomination forms, creating certificates, and requesting vouchers for distribution.
- Compile, summarize, and print documents and data for candidates of MT, Asia Youth Leaders and Scholarship.
- Support preparation Morning Briefing weekly and create monthly birthday video
- Prepare payment documents to submit to FAT team
- Creating the PPT’s Announcement of Best Employee in HQ, then printing the photos along with the name and achievements of the best employee itself on the HR announcement’s wall
- Summarizing the results of the HQ’s intern logbook entries, prepare skill test tools for HQ’s intern level up exam
- Filling and tidying up the documents and other administrative things related to Comben, Recruitment and Training dept. into filling cabinet
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Has passionate in HR field.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to follow internship program 1 year.
- Placement in AEON Mall (BSD)
