Legal Legends Indonesia is a professional and trusted Visa, Business & Property Consultant in Bali, Indonesia. We're currently looking for HR Admin that will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Human Resources department. The primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth handling of HR administrative tasks, from managing employee records to assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. While this role does not involve payroll, it is essential to keeping HR systems, documentation, and internal processes well-organized, compliant, and efficient. HR Admin work closely with the KSG HR team and staff across departments, acting as a key support in maintaining a positive and structured work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR-related role.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labour law and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
