1. Company Data & Documentation Management
2. HR Administrative Support
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to expand the company’s talent pipeline.
4. Analyze business needs and provide HR solutions to enhance productivity and organizational growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with management tools such as Notion and HR tools such as HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
