Based on the project, we are seeking a talented TikTok Live Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions on TikTok, engaging with viewers, promoting products or services, and building a loyal audience base. This role operates on a shift-based schedule, ensuring coverage across multiple time zones and peak activity hours. The host will work in shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive live streaming sessions to attract and retain viewers.
- Showcase products/services effectively and address audience questions in real time.
- Build rapport with viewers by responding to comments and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
- Encourage audience participation, likes, and shares during the session.
- Guide viewers on how to make a purchase and assist with any potential questions related to the purchase process.
- Prepare live session scripts or outlines to maintain consistent quality.
- Collaborate with the team to plan promotional campaigns or themed content.
- Work effectively within the assigned shift (Morning, Afternoon, or Night).
- Hand over important updates to the next shift host for continuity.
- Familiarize yourself with live-streaming software, camera, lighting, and sound equipment to ensure a professional-looking broadcast.
- Handle any minor issues with audio, video, or internet connectivity to avoid disruptions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future live sessions.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Charismatic and confident on camera with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or hosting (e.g., social media live streams, TV/radio hosting, or event hosting) is a plus.
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, features, and audience preferences.
- Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and respond to live questions smoothly.
- Ability to adapt to different time shifts as scheduled.
- Basic technical knowledge for setting up live streams.
- Stay current on social media trends and competitor activities to bring fresh, engaging ideas into future streams.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate key features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products.
- Understanding of sales techniques, such as how to create urgency and promote products effectively.
- Willing to work during the project & Bandung based
