Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and manage the Host Academy system: classification, onboarding, training modules.
- Screen and classify new hosts before their first live session.
- Ensure ≥90% of hosts complete training modules tailored to classification.
- Drive ≥10% QoQ host performance improvement across ER, AVD, CTR, CO.
- Conduct ≥1 review & feedback session per quarter and track ≥80% host satisfaction.
- Implement ≥1 general and ≥1 specific host improvement plan per quarter.
Kualifikasi
- 2–3 years of experience as a livestream host, trainer, or talent coach in e-commerce, retail, or media.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) is a plus.
- Willing to work at SIRCLO Yogyakarta Office
