Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage the tutor team to ensure consistent teaching quality across all classes
- Oversee daily academic operations, including class allocation, scheduling, and tutor deployment
- Monitor and evaluate tutor performance regularly; ensure alignment with established academic standards
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development plans for tutors
- Ensure curriculum delivery is implemented effectively and consistently across all programs
- Prepare and maintain regular academic reports, including tutor performance, class progress, and key learning metrics
- Act as the key person in charge for academic coordination and alignment across functions
- Handle academic issues and escalations from students, parents, or tutors in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and internal teams to support student retention and satisfaction
- Track student progress and ensure learning outcomes meet program targets
- Initiate improvements and innovations to enhance learning experience and classroom engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, with prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle a growing tutor team
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong attention to detail with good discipline in reporting and documentation
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
- Familiar with language teaching methodologies and curriculum implementation
- Able to work in a target-driven and fast-paced branch environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle academic issues independently
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Based in or willing to be placed in Cirebon
