- Achieve sales target & increase dealer profit
- Providing high satisfaction to customers through excellent service
- Manage the inventory of motor units at the dealer
- Create strategies to increase sales and expand the network to achieve dealer targets
- Manage Dealers and their employees with integrity, loyalty, discipline, honesty by applying the company's cultural values, vision and mission
- Continuously provide guidance and direction to employees who are led in order to achieve common targets.
- Maintaining the good reputation of YAMAHA's big name and keeping the dealer environment clean, safe and comfortable
Kualifikasi
- Man, maximum age 33 years,
- Minimum Senior High School graduate
- Minimum 2 years experience as Head Store in retail sector
- Understanding the automotive world
- Have good communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, high integrity, and commitment
- Able to lead and manage shop operations professionally, independently, and able to adapt to the dynamic automotive business
- Having good analytical skills and conceptual thinking, and oriented towards performance targets
- Have a strong leadership spirit, and have good problem solving skills
- Mastering MS Office
- Able to speak and present in public
