Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service. Address customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Oversee the order-taking process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Manage the flow of the restaurant during shifts, coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
- Build positive relationships with customers, addressing feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with the menu items and ability to guide customers in their selections.
- Quick thinking and adept at resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
