Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution to outlets.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and monthly stock opname.
- Manage warehouse layout to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with F&B standards.
- Supervise loading–unloading processes, inbound/outbound deliveries, and supplier receiving.
- Maintain product quality standards including seal condition, temperature control, and shelf-life checks.
- Develop and supervise warehouse staff: scheduling, SOP implementation, and work discipline.
- Coordinate with Operations and Procurement regarding stock requirements and forecasting.
- Control warehouse-related costs (shrinkage, damage, operational efficiency).
Kualifikasi
- Preferably have experience in F&B industry.
- Able to lead a team and manage high-volume operations.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS is a plus).
- Willing to work on-site and handle physical warehouse activities.
