Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and define the overall UX and product design strategy to deliver impactful, user-centered experiences.
- Manage and grow cross-functional design teams in Indonesia and Taiwan, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to set priorities and align design efforts with company goals.
- Champion user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user journey.
- Maintain high design standards and ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Drive and execute a clear design roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Advocate for UX across the organization and foster a strong, design-driven culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior UX/Product Designer or Head of Design, with proven leadership in managing design teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide remote, cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration with international teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to set clear priorities and manage multiple initiatives.
- Solid experience conducting and applying insights from UX research and user testing.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a good understanding of design systems.
- A strategic thinker with a user-first mindset and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
- Experience in POS (Point of Sale) systems or SaaS (Software as a Service) products is highly preferred.
