Due to the expansion of our team, we are now searching for a Head of TCM with English proficiency, ready to help children and teenagers find their path in the IT world.
About the Role
The Head of Trial Class Manager (TCM) is responsible for overseeing trial class manager leaders who provide free introductory programming classes for prospective students aged 5–17.
This role involves managing the trial class experience, optimizing conversion rates from trial to purchase, and ensuring a high-quality introduction to our curriculum.
The Head of TCM will lead a team of trial class manager leaders and work closely with marketing and management teams to align trial class offerings with overall business goals.
What you Will Do
Oversee the scheduling, execution, and evaluation of trial classes
Lead, train, and manage a team of Trial Class Manager Leaders
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members
Track conversion rates and develop action plans to achieve enrollment targets
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare and present regular reports on trial class department performance, including conversion rates and program effectiveness, to management
Conditions
Average monthly income: starting from USD 800 (salary + commission)
Work schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00

Kualifikasi
Our Expectation
2+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Head of Sales
English level: B2
Proven successful experience in sales
Ability to effectively build, manage, train, develop, and motivate a team
Strong understanding of key aspects of running a business
Experience in education, marketing, or IT is a plus
Ability to work effectively and adapt in complex and fast-changing environments.
