As the brand storyteller, this role drives positioning and marketing strategies to make the company and its creators stand out.

Create strategic pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing marketing potential, pricing models, and package offerings for MCN and TSP business
Craft monetization strategies to drive revenue growth for creators through innovative marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for campaigns, products, and partnerships.
Collaborate with sales, creator management, and brand teams to align strategies with business goals.
Analyze market dynamics, competition, and audience trends to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.

Kualifikasi

5+ years in marketing/brand strategy, ideally within the creator economy, influencer marketing, or MCN environment.
Strong expertise in digital campaigns, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
Data-driven yet highly creative thinker, able to balance insight with innovation.
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
💡 Prior MCN/affiliate background is a plus.
