Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Lead and oversee the strategic planning team in developing integrated, data-driven brand and campaign strategies
  • Define strategic frameworks, consumer insights, and communication approaches aligned with client objectives
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable strategic directions for creative, media, and activation teams
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all strategic outputs (decks, insights, recommendations)
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, account, creative, and external partners to deliver impactful strategies
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients and act as a key strategic advisor
  • Drive innovation in planning methodologies, tools, and best practices within the company
  • Mentor, coach, and develop planners to strengthen strategic thinking and team capability
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on data and insights

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or advertising agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading strategic planning for integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, and Activation).
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insight, market research, and communication planning.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and insights into strong creative strategies.
  • Experienced in developing strategic frameworks, creative briefs, and pitch presentations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, research, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring planners.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with creative, account, media, and client teams.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; strong English proficiency is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing strategic work, campaigns, or brand planning experience is required.
