Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for expanding the company’s EV charging infrastructure across Indonesia.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand charging sites in high-traffic and high-value rental locations.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate rental agreements with property owners, malls, transport hubs, and developers.
  • Ensure all sites meet technical, legal, and operational standards for deployment readiness.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, developers, and local authorities to accelerate approval processes.
  • Manage and coach the team to meet performance goals, control budgets, and scale operations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental laws.
  • Monitor project performance, analyze data, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Represent V-Green at industry events and stay up to date with relevant regulatory and technological developments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure development, real estate, or renewable energy, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure or the broader energy sector.
  • Proven experience in site acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian government regulations and approval processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable representing the company and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
