We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth in the trucking and logistics sector. As the Head of Sales, you will be a key leader in our company, responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a sharp mind and an eagle personality—someone who possesses a keen eye for opportunity, a strong competitive drive, and the ability to see the bigger picture. You will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring your team, and building strong, lasting relationships with key clients. This role requires a professional who is not afraid to take charge, make tough decisions, and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Operations and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Essential: Significant and demonstrable experience in the trucking and logistics industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • A sharp, analytical mind with the ability to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a competitive, "eagle" personality.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the trucking and logistics landscape, including market trends and key players.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
