GreenSM Vehicle Business is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Sales Operations to build, optimize, and scale our end-to-end sales operations across B2C, B2B, and partnership channels.
This role will be at the core of our commercial engine, ensuring seamless processes from lead generation to vehicle delivery and activation, while driving data accuracy, performance visibility, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and standardize end-to-end sales processes (lead → sales → financing → delivery → activation)
- Own and optimize CRM systems, ensuring real-time data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and process automation
- Manage lead allocation and distribution, ensuring speed, fairness, and zero leakage/duplication
- Build and maintain sales performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights to drive conversion and growth
- Design and manage incentive & commission schemes aligned with business priorities
- Act as a key bridge across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Business Operations / Commercial Operations
- Strong background in high-volume industries (Automotive, EV, mobility, fintech, or leasing)
- Proven experience in building and optimizing systems, processes, and sales funnels
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with financing/leasing processes and B2C + B2B operations is a strong advantage
