About the Role

You’ll lead and scale the entire sales engine for Dealls (ATS & recruitment solutions) and KantorKu (HRIS SaaS). As Head of Sales, you’ll own revenue, manage a multi-product sales organization, and build the systems needed to sell B2B SaaS at scale — from lead generation to closing enterprise accounts.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands B2B SaaS, knows how to build repeatable sales motions, and can turn a fast-growing product into a revenue machine.

What You’ll Do

  • Own revenue targets across Dealls and KantorKu; forecast, track, and improve sales performance.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team (SDR → AE → AM).
  • Define the sales playbook, including ICP, pitch, pricing, objection-handling, and closing frameworks.
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound, inbound, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Close deals with SMEs and large enterprise clients; lead strategic negotiations with decision-makers (CEO/HR Head/CHRO/CFO).
  • Collaborate with Product & Marketing to refine messaging, improve activation, and reduce sales friction.
  • Implement CRM discipline (pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, conversion metrics).
  • Analyze funnel data to improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and scale predictable revenue.
  • Build scalable sales operations: compensation design, territory planning, reporting, and dashboards.

Kualifikasi

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success closing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • 3+ years managing and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR, ATS, or SaaS sales cycles (bonus: HRIS/HR tech experience).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven operator who can diagnose pipeline issues and optimize sales motions.
  • High ownership, fast execution, and comfort in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling HRIS, ATS, ERP, or fintech/enterprise SaaS.
  • Existing network with HR heads, business owners, and CHRO communities.
  • Strong background building outbound systems or sales automation.
