Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Setting sales quotas and goals.
  2. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
  3. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  4. Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  5. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to Management.


  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline. 
  2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager. 
  3. Preferably has working experience at a Tour & Travel Agency.
  4. Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and managerial skills.
  6. Willing to work on-site in Pondok Cabe, Tangerang Selatan.
