As the Head of Program, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and managing programs aimed at nurturing and empowering new and existing content creators. You will play a key role in building scalable learning experiences, developing impactful curriculum and training materials, and acting as both a strategic thinker and on-the-ground mentor. You should have a strong understanding of the online business ecosystem, affiliate marketing, live streaming on marketplaces, and the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead programs for new and existing creators, including internal talent and external affiliate creators.
- Develop structured training curriculum and educational content to support creator growth across platforms.
- Mentor creators to enhance their content quality, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.
- Act as a speaker, facilitator, and representative in both internal programs and external events, workshops, or webinars.
- Stay updated on trends in affiliate marketing, content creation, and live streaming on marketplaces.
- Analyze creator and program performance data to drive ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align program goals with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with creators, affiliate partners, platform representatives, and relevant industry stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content creation, community management, or program development—ideally within an MCN, agency, e-commerce, brand, or platform.
- Deep understanding of the creator, live commerce, affiliate marketing, and online business models.
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing curriculum and educational materials.
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for empowering creators and growing digital communities.
- Must available to work in Surabaya
