Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage company-wide Transformation Initiatives maintain alignment to strategic decisions and transformation mission
- Establish and manage enterprise program governance and methodology
- Manage and control organization’s resources and budget effectively
- Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment, adopt and adapt transformation through change management
- Business Monitoring and Intelligence, provide valuable business insight and ensuring benefit realization
- Continues Improvement, apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve performance, reduce process defects and waste
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Min. 4-5 years experience in supply chain, business operations, process improvement, product management, and/or transformation projects
- Fluent in English

Quality control laboratory of PT. Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) is equipped with the latest testing machines and facilities to maintain quality according to international standard tests. The laboratory is also certified by local and international certificate organizations. In providing products that have added value to consumers, GRP installs a Normalization machine, Ultrasonic Test, etc. This additional facility owned by GRP is the only one available in Southeast Asia.
