Design activity concepts and class curriculum for early childhood services.
Implement programs that are suitable to Buumi Playscape’s target market.
Prepare lesson plans/teaching materials and provide briefing/training to internal/external partners.
Develop daily and monthly program evaluation instruments.
Analyze results and create strategies to improve the quality of programs.
Create innovation to existing programs by conducting regular research of the current trend.
Develop standards and procedures for collaboration with business partners.
Research toy facilities and books that are appropriate to the target age, category, and learning objectives; providing advice in the process of making or procuring toys and facilities.
Develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) regarding toys and play equipment regarding placement, arrangement, and use to ensure safety, comfort, and attractiveness for children.
Manage budgets and procurement of materials for play activities/classes/events/toys.
Collaborate with other teams to prepare collaborative concepts and proposals for events and other initiatives.
Manage team members to work effectively in completing tasks.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Leaders.

Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Psychology or Early Childhood Education.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Active English and able to operate a computer (Microsoft Office).
Preferably those with experience teaching or working with early childhood (0 - 10 years).
