Apply to be a Head of Procurement only if you:
- Are comfortable communicating and building relationships with vendors in China, Europe, America, and Indonesia.
- Have a good taste for luxury goods.
- Have ever spent at least an additional 30 minutes while shopping online to compare prices + shipping from various sellers from different marketplaces with a combination of different vouchers to get the cheapest price.
- Are disciplined enough to work effectively from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement team, and ensure that everyone works effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement SOP, policies, vendor agreements, etc.
- Ensure constant stock availability with a reasonable ITO.
- Maintain a high level of product quality that meet our standard from vendors.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and savings plans.
- Ensure vendors meet our requirements.
- Maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate with vendors.
- Resolve claims against suppliers.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- More than 4 years of experience in Procurement with vendors in China.
- Experienced with consumer electronics, wooden, and leather luxury goods.
- Excellent ability to negotiate.
- Fluent in English (written).
- No history of corruption or receiving bribes from vendors.
