Job Responsibilities
- HR Strategy Development:
- Expertise in crafting well-defined HR frameworks, strategies, and concepts tailored for rapidly scaling organizations.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and reengineering business operations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organizational Design:
- Skilled in designing organizational structures that align with the company’s objectives and support sustainable growth.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Strong alignment with the company’s culture, with a track record of implementing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to create an agile and supportive environment that nurtures employee potential.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Expertise in developing talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) creation, and proactive recruitment of high-potential talent.
- Ensure timely resource fulfillment aligned with organizational goals and qualifications.
- Performance & Talent Management:
- Experience in designing and executing competency management, learning and development programs, and performance evaluation systems for rapidly growing companies.
- Compensation & Rewards:
- Skilled in creating remuneration philosophies, job evaluation processes, and total rewards strategies, including wage structures and other benefit programs.
- Leadership & Team Building:
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and execute HR initiatives successfully.
- Effective in talent management decision-making and communication with employees at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Legal & Compliance:
- Solid understanding of employment laws and personnel administration.
- Networking:
- Extensive professional and community networks to support organizational objectives.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of experience in human resources.
- Experience leading an HR team more than 4-5 members
- Previous experience in the retail fashion industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and program implementation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent public speaking and communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.
- High agility and resilience, with a solid understanding of the retail industry and scaling organizations.
- Ability to work in Bandung (WFO, or Hybrid from Jakarta) and travel for business as needed.
