Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of operational processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and service-oriented business operations aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of operational activities, including programs, events, and cross-functional initiatives, while ensuring operational excellence, resource optimization, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and risk management to ensure effective and sustainable operations.
- Foster strong collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders to support organizational goals, drive continuous improvement, and enhance overall business performance and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Min. 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations, event management, business operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale operations, including events, programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives, with strong expertise in operational planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage vendors and partners, and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required by operational needs.
