About the company
Geekhunter is currently hiring on behalf of a client, a retail chain renowned for offering affordable lifestyle and consumer goods.
Job Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise all facets of operational activities, encompassing store operations, the store set-up team, and supply chain and warehouse management.
- Process Development:
- Design and implement robust retail operational frameworks and workflows to enhance store operations.
- Project & Field Management:
- Lead project teams in launching new stores and guide field teams to sustain and improve the performance of existing stores.
- Budget & Financial Management:
- Oversee budgets for new store openings and ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of financial performance for current stores.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Drive sales growth and operational efficiency by mentoring area managers and store leaders, equipping them with the skills needed to excel.
- Performance Analysis & Improvement:
- Track and assess operational KPIs and metrics, uncover improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions to address gaps.
- Standards & Compliance:
- Ensure all operational processes comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in FASHION RETAIL or consumer goods retail
- Experience in Store, Supply chain & Warehouse Management.
- Experience in senior operations management role in Retail industry, preferably as head or senior manager role
- Experience in creating system from scratch
- Able to work in fast pace working environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, manage and develop diverse teams
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities
- Proficient in analyzing data and metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Willing to work WFO at West Jakarta
