- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the medical sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Oversee development of the sales team.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance.
- Manage the sales department budget effectively.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; medical background preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
