Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for skincare and beauty products
• Lead branding, campaign planning, and social commerce initiatives
• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop, affiliate, livestream, and offline marketing activities
• Plan pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning in the market
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Coordinate with creative, content, sales, and production teams for marketing execution
• Build and manage relationships with creators, affiliates, KOLs, and offline partners
• Monitor marketing KPIs, sales growth, profitability, and overall brand performance
• Develop online and offline activation strategies to increase brand awareness and conversion
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company targets
• Create scalable marketing systems and improve operational workflow
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or social commerce industry
• Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies
• Experienced in TikTok marketing, affiliate systems, digital campaigns, and retail/offline activation
• Strong knowledge in pricing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning
• Experienced in handling sales-driven marketing and target-oriented campaigns
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with social commerce trends, creator ecosystem, and consumer behavior
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and execution-focused
• Able to work professionally in a collaborative and healthy team environment
• Experience in beauty or skincare industry is highly preferred
